Bio
Fred is a successful, seasoned executive with more than 30 years of general management, operations, and sales & marketing leadership experience. He has been a successful executive in the information technology sector with IBM and Compaq Computer, and more recently within the leadership and talent development genre. He was Founder and CEO of Trinity Consulting, developer of the Constituent Communication aned Information System (CCIS, a CRM for elected officials and county government).
Clients include GM/EDS, ARCO, USAF, HAR-BRO, and many county governments and small businesses. Today he is consulting and coaching executives around growing the top line in their businesses.
A classic “corporate entrepreneur” at heart, Fred has demonstrated leadership in building highly motivated and disciplined teams that have consistently exceeded revenue targets. He has managed national and international teams in direct and indirect channels and has won numerous sales and management awards. In one recent assignment, managing a $100M P&L, he increased sales yields by more than 60%.
Fred is a decisive team leader and developer of people who practices a “missionary development” style of management. He is also passionate about “appropriate accountability” and takes a values-based, business-needs centric approach to clients. He has been called a “driver with a heart.” He is an author and speaker.
Mr. Gladney is a graduate of California University (PA), (www.calu.edu/) and has participated in management development programs at Harvard and Princeton Universities. He serves on several Boards and is active in his church and community. Fred resides in Southern California with his family.
